Brewed as a love letter to our brewer’s favorite ingredients, this “SMASH” beer (Single Malt And Single Hop) was brewed with premium British Maris Otter Pale Malt and Michigan-grown Chinook Hops – in this case, some of the last hops ever grown down the road at Hop Head Farms.
