Check out our Beers

Witty Banter is our take on a Belgian Style Witbier, commonly referred to as a “White Ale.” Brewed with Wheat, Barley, and a touch of Oats, we added a hint of Orange Peel for a citrusy, easy-drinking beer to quaff in warmer weather.

Whoa there, alcohol! Calm down! Give me a light-bodied IPA with lots of hop flavor and without all the buzz. Make it taste like Pineapple, and Peach, and Citrus too. Let me have a few without reeling. Give me a session IPA!

Just say ‘BEER’ – this incredible libation is an homage to a classic French aperitif made of fortified red wine and quinine, the main flavor of tonic water. Our plummy red beer was brewed with Michigan Cherries, Cabernet Sauvignon Grapes, and Quinine Syrup.

To celebrate our brewer Adam’s 100th batch with us, he’s brewed a Triple-Hopped, Double New England IPA that is so packed with fresh hop flavor you’ll be blown away! We’re talking Amarillo, Calypso, Citra, Mosaic, and Michigan Chinook and Centennial hops. Bitter it isn’t, but the hop flavor is off the charts.

We decided to pickle our best-selling beer, Crazy Beaver. Introducing the next Big Dill in Beer: our Cream Ale dosed w/ a bit of fresh Pickle Brine. A little sweet, a little salty, a whole lot satisfying.

Red Ales are the middle way between meltier dark beers and hoppier Pale Ales. Brewed with premium Marris Otter Malt, our Irish-style Red strikes a balance with a biscuity, slightly boggy taste and a clean, moderately bitter finish.

A roasty, chocolatey Porter infused with real Roasted Peanuts and Pure Fair Trade Mexican Vanilla to mimic some of the characteristics of a favorite childhood cookie. Yum!

Our Stout is bold from start to finish with flavors of bittersweet chocolate and licorice, finishing with a hint of coffee. Lots of Oatmeal in the mash gives this beer an incredibly rich mouthfeel.

Our American-style IPA features a clean, bready malt backbone with a crisp, citrus and floral hop taste and aroma. This beer is hop-forward, bitter, and very refreshing.

Our lightest and most easy-drinking offering is brewed with lots of Maize for a light, cereal grain flavor and a smooth body, with just a touch of noble Saaz Hops.
