Check out our Beers

This is our version of the Southern German Helles Lager that kickstarted light-colored, cold-fermented beers in Germany, Czechia, and the USA. Our painstakingly double-decocted beer features a complex and chewy malt profile, while remaining light and crisp through subtle Noble Hop bittering. Welcome to Helles!

Take a West Coast IPA and submit it to cold fermentation temperatures using lager yeast, and you get an IPA brimming with all the hop character and flavor you’re accustomed to, along with the fresh crispness of your favorite Lager. Featuring local Michigan Chinook and Citra hops.

A beer that blows up traditional style labels, Cherry Bombastic is part Kettle Sour and part Bourbon Barrel-Aged Brown Ale dosed with Michigan Sour Cherries – sort of a Frankenstein’s Monster of a Cherry Flemish Red produced right here at the Mill.

We’ve blended our classic Crazy Beaver Cream Ale w/ real Key Lime Juice & pure fair trade Mexican Vanilla to recreate our favorite diner pie from the pastry case for you pub pint glass. It is light, refreshing, and just a little tart, all w/ a beautifully sweet note of Vanilla

Rich with toasted grain flavor, the aroma of a fresh haystack, and a mineral bite at the end, our easy-drinking table Saison is the right beer for contemplative sipping, and the perfect companion to a great meal.

Referred to as a “Standard Bitter” in the UK, this copper-colored ale is the original Session Beer, packing a lot of flavor into an easy-drinking pink. The style’s name is misleading – it isn’t bitter for an American Beer, showcasing instead the malt, with a balancing dose of Floral English Hops.

A fresh and fruity Wheat Ale that’s been dry-hopped with Amarillo for a refreshing, clean citrus finish without all the hop bitterness. Perfect to quaff in sunny weather.

Our Stout is bold from start to finish with flavors of bittersweet chocolate and licorice, finishing with a hint of coffee. Lots of Oatmeal in the mash gives this beer an incredibly rich mouthfeel.

Our American-style IPA features a clean, bready malt backbone with a crisp, citrus and floral hop taste and aroma. This beer is hop-forward, bitter, and very refreshing.

Our lightest and most easy-drinking offering is brewed with lots of Maize for a light, cereal grain flavor and a smooth body, with just a touch of noble Saaz Hops.
