Take a West Coast IPA and submit it to cold fermentation temperatures using lager yeast, and you get an IPA brimming with all the hop character and flavor you’re accustomed to, along with the fresh crispness of your favorite Lager. Featuring local Michigan Chinook and Citra hops.
A roasty, chocolatey Porter infused with real Roasted Peanuts and Pure Fair Trade Mexican Vanilla to mimic some of the characteristics of a favorite childhood cookie. Yum!
Ready for chilly weather, this Brown Ale was crafted with local fresh Apple Cider, some Malt smoked with Cherry Wood in our own smoker, and a touch of Cinnamon. Richly complex, yet with a moderate body and a dry finish, this beer is everything you want during this season.
Our Olde Razz is a delicious blend of a fresh Kettle-Soured Wheat Ale and a Bourbon Barrel-Aged Brown Ale that we’ve refermented with a mountain of Raspberries – a refreshing and tart Belgian-style ale from West Michigan.
One royal title wasn’t enough for this Vienna Lager, a style that predates the Austro-Hungarian Empire. Copper-colored, moderate-bodied, full of rich malty goodness and just a touch of Noble hop bitterness, this Lion of a beer is more than just the King of the Beer Jungle.
Bright and Juicy, this Hazy Double IPA is deceptively smooth at 8% abv. It has low Bitterness but a big hop presence from heavy late boil and dry hop additions. Saturated with citrus, peach, and tropical notes, and that classic New England Glo.
Referred to as a “Standard Bitter” in the UK, this copper-colored ale is the original Session Beer, packing a lot of flavor into an easy-drinking pink. The style’s name is misleading – it isn’t bitter for an American Beer, showcasing instead the malt, with a balancing dose of Floral English Hops.
Our Stout is bold from start to finish with flavors of bittersweet chocolate and licorice, finishing with a hint of coffee. Lots of Oatmeal in the mash gives this beer an incredibly rich mouthfeel.
Our American-style IPA features a clean, bready malt backbone with a crisp, citrus and floral hop taste and aroma. This beer is hop-forward, bitter, and very refreshing.
Our lightest and most easy-drinking offering is brewed with lots of Maize for a light, cereal grain flavor and a smooth body, with just a touch of noble Saaz Hops.
