What We Do With Your Information
Short version: the only information we collect through this site is what you type into the job application, and it goes to our managers. Here's the longer version.
What we collect
Only what you type into a form on this site. The job application asks for your name, email, phone number, the position you want, employment type, availability, earliest start date, and whatever you write in the experience and notes boxes. We don't ask for a Social Security number, a date of birth, or bank details, and you shouldn't send them.
Where it goes
Applications are stored in LibrePublish, the content system that runs this site, and emailed to our managers at mgmt@oldmillbrew.com. Old Mill managers and the people who maintain the site are the only ones who see them. We don't sell, rent or trade what you send us.
How long we keep it
We hold on to applications while we're hiring and for a while after, in case a spot opens up. If you'd rather we delete yours, ask and we will.
Cookies and tracking
This site stores one thing in your browser: whether you chose the light or dark theme. There's no analytics, no advertising pixel and no tracking of you across other sites.
Things we load from other companies
Our web fonts come from Google, the map on the Visit page is a Google Maps embed, and the Order Online button hands you off to Toast. Those companies see the request your browser makes, including your IP address, and their own privacy policies apply once you're on their page.

Want a copy of what you sent us, or want it deleted? Email mgmt@oldmillbrew.com or call (269) 204-6601 and tell us which. We'll take care of it.
